2021 Annual Stockholder and Family Assembly Meeting Goes Virtual on February 20

Per Glenn Vice, President and Chief Executive Officer for the J. M. Burguiéres Company, LTD., the Saturday, February 20, 2021 Annual Stockholder Meeting will be a virtual one due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Using Zoom on your computer or dialing in using your phone, you may attend the short, one hour meeting beginning at 10:00 AM CST. More details will be forthcoming for connecting from the JMB Office.

At 11:00 AM CST, following the JMB Stockholder Meeting, there will be a brief Family Assembly Meeting led by Cathy Eagan Gill, Chair of the Family Council (Inez Branch), along with Dan Kammer, Deputy Chair (Henry Branch). Updates will be given regarding the progress of the JMB Family Tree, and the Azalea Plant Project dedicated to our loved ones.
